Returns & Exchanges

At JD's Clubs, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your new equipment doesn't improve your game, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all headcovers, adjustment tools, and certificates of authenticity are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our pro-shop technicians inspect the equipment for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
